So you say eating vegetables and fruits together creates acidity because they need different digestive juices. My hippie sister in law says:

Drinking with meals does water down digestive juices and I usually don’t drink with meals. Raw fruits and vegetables are water-rich foods and don’t make you thirsty as you eat them. Only cooked foods do that.
I don’t know if the second statement is true or not, I’ve never read that anywhere and it’s probably not that important. One thing I do know is that the thing with the “most sugar”, you probably shouldn’t be eating at all.
